 Composition:-
Each 100 ml of flukacidc containes 7.5 gm of
Rafoxanide .
 Indication:-
 Flukacide
is used in treatment of fluckes infestation (adult and juvenile 6-8 weeks
old) in cattle only.
Dosage
and administrations:
All animals are exposed to fluke infested pasture should be regularly treated,
and the drug dose should be repeated after 5-6 weeks in young animals.
Control of mud and snail includes drainage, fencing of water areas and using
molluscicide sprays.
lrnl of flukacide Iml/25kg of body weight by S.C injection.
Precautions:
Not to be used in lactating cows.
This product should be used under veterinarian supervision. Withdrawal time 60
days for meat.
Side
effects:
It has a safety index 6 times than the recommended dose, but occasional increase
in defecation and some times transient swelling at the site of injection may
occur.
Store:
in cool, dry and dark place at 25 c .
